My company is three people: Me, Myself, and I.  And we work really, really well together.  I am licensed and insured in Park County, CO, and all of my sub-contractors carry liability insurance as well.  I have been a contractor for over 16 years, and I am active in the building process.  I enjoy working directly with you, my customer, throughout the building process.  

 

AHB has built multiple custom homes in Park County, CO.  The build time for an all custom home is approximately one year.  In addition to the custom homes, AHB has completed several other projects including several garages, decks, additions, remodels, and basement finishes.

AHB is also certified for Commercial Building.  During 2009-2010 AHB served as the Site Manager for the new construction of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fairplay.  And in 2011 AHB was the General Contractor for the Indian Mountain Community Center.  In 2013 AHB served as the general contactor for the Fairplay Town Hall remodel.

Through the building process AHB strives to build with current products that have high energy efficiency and low maintenance:  ICF foundations, SIP Panels, Spray Foam insulation, and Trex decking.

I live in Park County, in the Indian Mountain subdivision.  This is a huge plus because I am acclimated to the building conditions and I can make recommendations to make your home suitable for the beautiful yet extreme conditions of Park County.  Also, as a member of the Park County community, it is important to me to keep Park County money in Park County.  I will use local resources for materials and labor when available.

Regular communication during the building process will be handled through several emails, photo updates, and phone conversations to keep you up to date on the status of the project.  AHB will manage the entire building process from design, bid, contract, permits, building and inspections conforming to all Park County Building Codes, as part of the contract fee.
